Paolina and Mariel handled my wedding in Puerto Morelos where I had 75 guests from all over the United States flying in. I am an event and travel planner (and a bit too detail oriented) so I needed a team there on the ground in Riviera Maya that I could trust and that could easily communicate with vendors and with my wedding coordinators at the resort. Evening Planners were exceptional and not only handled all of my design set-up, lighting, décor, and day-of management, but they also connected me with a logistics company for shipping goods down there and they received my enormous shipment. They had all boxes conveniently delivered to my hotel -all intact and on time. They have an exceptional attention to detail which can often be difficult to find in a team for destination weddings. You can trust them-they are very honest and transparent in their pricing and very punctual with delivering services. They are extremely quick to respond to all emails, calls, and request and they are truly a pleasure to work with! I would recommend Evening Planners to any bride planning a wedding because even though destination weddings are easier, they are still not that easy. All I needed to tell them the day of my wedding was that they are “my eyes and ears” and they executed everything according to plan and made my wedding an event that I could sit back and enjoy!
