I would love to say thank you to Mariel and Paolina for making my process of wedding planning as easy as possible for me. Being from San Francisco and planning my wedding in Cancun was possible because of Mariel and Paolina. Not only do the two go out of there way to make everything perfect the day of my wedding. Arriving at the hotel at 11:00 am and will not leave until 1:00 am (the next day) were able to take care of every detail and made sure everything was perfect. Both are very professional and really care about you and your wedding. Hire them to plan my wedding was the best decision I made and Eric. From the moment we become their clients until the last minutes of the wedding and they were always there for Eric and me. If I could rank them from 1 to 10 I would give them a 100, so I am satisfied with their work. Want to take the time to share my experience with Eventing Planners last month 🙂 If you are planning on getting married in Riviera Maya or have an event to plan, then you should reach out to Evening Planners before you do anything else. Paolina and Mariel handled my wedding in Puerto Morelos where I had 75 guests from all over the United States flying in. I am an event and travel planner (and a bit too detail oriented) so I needed a team there on the ground in Riviera Maya that I could trust and that could easily communicate with vendors and with my wedding coordinators at the resort. Evening Planners were exceptional and not only handled all of my design set-up, lighting, décor, and day-of management, but they also connected me with a logistics company for shipping goods down there and they received my enormous shipment. They had all boxes conveniently delivered to my hotel -all intact and on time. They have an exceptional attention to detail which can often be difficult to find in a team for destination weddings. You can trust them-they are very honest and transparent in their pricing and very punctual with delivering services. They are extremely quick to respond to all emails, calls, and request and they are truly a pleasure to work with! I would recommend Evening Planners to any bride planning a wedding because even though destination weddings are easier, they are still not that easy.
